RETURN POLICY:

1. For any feedback or support requests regarding REALM’s products and services, please contact
   our fan page via the attached QR code—we’ll assist you as soon as possible.

2. Products sold can only be exchanged once within 7 days from the date you receive them.

3. Products to be exchanged must be in their original condition, with all original tags and
   accessories, and must be unused.

4. REALM reserves the right to refuse exchange support if no unboxing video is provided.

5. Only exchanges for products of equivalent or higher value than the original are supported.

6. Exchanges are not applicable for products with defects caused by factors not attributable
   to the manufacturer.

The above guidelines may be flexibly adjusted on a case-by-case basis to support our customers best,
as you are the valued “residents” of this REALM OF. Throughout the product lifecycle, please do not

DELIVERY

Delivery availability may vary depending on location, weather conditions, or logistical constraints.

We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible and in the order they are received.
Estimated delivery times will be provided during checkout and confirmed via email once your order
is placed.

While we strive to meet delivery estimates, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
If delivery exceeds 30 days, you may request cancellation of your order.

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. If you wish to return an item, you must follow our
Returns & Exchanges policy. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
