Exchange Policy

1. Products may be exchanged once only within 7 days from the date of receipt.

2. Items must remain in original condition, including all original tags and accessories, and must be unused.

3. REALM reserves the right to decline exchange requests if an unboxing video is not provided.

4. Exchanges are only supported for products of equal or higher value than the original item.

5. Exchange requests are not applicable for defects caused by factors not attributable to the manufacturer.

These guidelines may be flexibly adjusted on a case-by-case basis to best support our customers, as you are the valued “residents” of REALM OF. Throughout the product lifecycle, please feel free to contact us for any inquiries.
